Shipping and returns

Flat RM10 shipping across Malaysia, and free shipping on orders over RM690. Orders are processed in 1-2 working days, and you’ll get a tracking link once your parcel ships.

Because Femmasitol is an ingestible product, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

Where we ship – Within Malaysia.

Rates

• Flat rate RM10 on all orders
• Free shipping on orders over RM690

Processing – Within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3 working days
• East Malaysia: 5-7 working days

Tracking – You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Consultations & in-clinic items – Items such as our Femma PMOS Method Screening and in-clinic treatments aren’t shipped. They’re booked and redeemed at FemmaClinic. If your order includes one, you’ll be directed to our booking form.

Returns

Our position, plainly: Femmasitol is an ingestible product. For the safety of every customer, we can’t resell or restock it once it has left our hands. So we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will always make it right if your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order is incomplete.

How to claim – Email femmasitol@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging as it arrived. We’ll respond within [CONFIRM] working days. If the claim is valid: replacement or refund, your choice.

Refunds – To your original payment method within 14 working days.

Cancellations – Before shipping, yes. Once the parcel is with the courier, we can’t recall it.
